Book and Go is a South African based website focusing on international outbound travel. Our search functionality is locked for travel from Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town.

6 Why cant I search flights for same day or next day departures?

1 Why can’t I find my selected address on the portal?

From time to time, the transfer suppliers will disable point of addresses due to availability of cars in an area, or if there are other factors that hinder the safety of the drivers and clients.

2 What is the cancellation policy?

Transfer bookings made on the portal can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your trip.

3 How long will my driver wait?

Driver wait time is stipulated on the booking page and is generally 15min from selected time. We advise clients to please input enough time to factor in delays.
